Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy

O.P. Jindal Global University (JGU) is firmly dedicated to combating organized crime, corruption, and bribery, as outlined by Indian laws such as the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward any individual or group—within or outside our community—engaging in such activities. This commitment reflects our core values of integrity, transparency, and ethical conduct, ensuring JGU remains a trusted institution.

This policy extends to all JGU faculty, staff, and students, as well as third-party stakeholders, including vendors, suppliers, clients, and consultants. Everyone associated with JGU is required to uphold this stance without exception. All transactions with external parties must be conducted through official, documented channels to ensure accountability. No employee or stakeholder may, directly or indirectly, offer, accept, or solicit any form of gratification—such as monetary payments, gifts, favors, or special treatment—that could influence decisions or actions improperly.

JGU actively promotes a culture of compliance through education and awareness, encouraging vigilance among our community. Violations will result in strict disciplinary measures, including potential legal action. By enforcing this policy, JGU aims to safeguard its reputation and contribute to a corruption-free society, setting a standard for ethical excellence in higher education.
