Modern slavery statement

O.P. Jindal Global University sets a high bar in its fight against modern slavery, human trafficking, and forced labor across university operations, business relationships, and supply chains. The university’s Modern Slavery Statement is updated annually and made publicly available, outlining specific measures such as supplier due diligence, campus-wide awareness training, and transparent supplier codes of conduct. 

All university employees, vendors, and service providers are required to comply with the Anti-Slavery and Human Trafficking Policy, ensuring a zero-tolerance approach to exploitative labor practices. JGU expects all suppliers and contractors to comply with this zero-tolerance approach towards modern slavery. The university will seek assurances and due diligence from its partners, requiring them to adhere to ethical standards and transparency in their operations. 

 JGU responds proactively to any reports or concerns through clear reporting channels and investigates suspected violations promptly and transparently. As a global institution, JGU extends these standards to international collaborations, reinforcing human rights and fair employment at every level of engagement.
