Women’s applications in underrepresented subjects

Our admissions policies emphasize inclusivity and gender sensitivity, with preparatory workshops and bridging courses designed to support women applicants who may not have had prior exposure to these domains. 

We also invest in our faculty through development programmes that foster gender-responsive pedagogy, creating inclusive classroom environments where every student can succeed. To strengthen women’s presence in research, we provide grants that encourage women scholars to pursue ground-breaking studies, especially in underrepresented fields, and to integrate gender dimensions into their work. 

Collaboration is at the heart of our approach. By promoting cross-disciplinary engagement, we broaden women’s opportunities for academic leadership and innovative contributions. Through these efforts, we are strategically addressing cultural and structural barriers, working to rebalance gender disparities in critical fields.
